Entries continue to roll in each day for the BadgerStateGP, which is awesome, but some questions have come up.  This is a new venue for USPKS, so we are working to answer all those questions as quickly as possible.  We have gathered much of the info from the site and reposted it below, just to make it easier to find.  If you have further questions that aren’t addressed here, please email Tim at tkoyen@gmail.com and he can point you in the right direction.

How do I reserve parking or motorhome space?  The paddock at RA is long and narrow.  Therefore, in order to make it less of a hike for our drivers and teams, motorhomes will be in a designated parking area at the far end of the paddock.  Toyhaulers will be allowed in the pit area.  Anyone camping overnight in their toyhauler or camper will be required to pay the $100 Security fee.  Please note on the form if you need motorhome space too.  Cars can be parked in your pit area if space allows, but please don’t create a parking lot in your space just to park cars.  How can I download the form?  CLICK HERE!

Can I rent a tent for this event?  Tents must be rented through Road America Hospitality.  To reach them, call the RA office at (800) 365-7223 or email hospitality@roadamerica.com.

Are masks required?  Wisconsin currently has a statewide face covering requirement when indoors or when you are outdoors and unable to social distance.  That order is set to run through September.

When can I park my trailer?  The weekend parking and general gate opening schedule is below.

Wed Sep. 2:  Parking and pit pass sales from 1:00PM to 6:00PM

Thur Sep. 3:  Parking and pit pass sales from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.  Optional Thur Practice session: Noon to 6:00PM

Fri Sep 4:  Gates open at 7:30AM.  Official Practice starts at 10:00AM

Sat. & Sun Sep 5&6:  Gates open at 7:30AM.  Warmups starting at 8:00AM.

All entrance and exits during gate hours will be via Gate #4, which is located via Highway J.  The main gate off Hwy 67 is open 24hrs for those with pit passes.  If you don’t have a pit pass, they will not let you in.  Do not show up early on Wednesday or Thursday and try to come in the main gate.  That will ensure that you are the last one to get parked.  Enter Gate 4.

Are golf carts allowed at RA?  Yes, they are allowed, but only can be driven by licensed drivers 16 or older.  You cannot leave the Motorplex area with a cart unless you get the permit from the RA office.  If you stay in the Motorplex, a permit is not required.  RA does have carts available for rent at the office.  There will be no other wheeled vehicles (bikes, scooters, hoverboards, etc) allowed near the grid area.  The grid area can get congested and we don’t need the extra traffic.

We will be adding to this list as more questions are answered.  Thank you and we’re looking forward to hosting you all for this awesome event!
